By accessing or using Catalyst Funding, LLC's website, deal analyzer tools, communications, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Catalyst Funding, LLC operates in two separate capacities: (1) as a technology platform enabling users to analyze and review real estate investment opportunities, and (2) as a private lender that may, at its sole discretion, provide financing for certain real estate investments. These capacities are independent of one another.
Catalyst Funding, LLC is not a real estate broker, real estate agent, financial advisor, attorney, or fiduciary. Use of the platform does not create any agency relationship, fiduciary duty, partnership, joint venture, or approval of any borrower or transaction.
All information, calculators, projections, and tools are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. All outputs are hypothetical and depend entirely on user-provided inputs. Users are solely responsible for evaluating any investment opportunity and conducting independent due diligence.
The platform may include content provided by wholesalers, agents, sellers, investors, or other third parties. Catalyst Funding, LLC does not verify third-party content and makes no representation as to its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
Any financing scenario displayed through the platform is illustrative only and does not constitute a loan commitment, pre-approval, or guarantee of financing. All financing is subject to underwriting, credit approval, and review of complete and accurate documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalyst Funding, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on platform content, third-party content, financing decisions, or failed investments or transactions. Catalyst Funding, LLC's maximum liability shall not exceed one percent (1%) of the loan amount, with a minimum of five hundred dollars ($500) and a maximum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
Any dispute arising from use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Users waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or jury trial. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
